Apa itu PAL Mini?
PAL Mini adalah compact wastewater treatment plant menggunakan biological process (activated sludge atau biofilter) untuk mengolah domestic wastewater menjadi effluent yang meet regulatory discharge standard.

Capacity Range & Application
- Type A (5-10 m³/day): Rumah tinggal, guest house (10-20 persons)
- Type B (15-25 m³/day): Restaurant, klinik, small office (30-50 persons)
- Type C (30-50 m³/day): Hotel, workshop, apartment (60-100 persons)
- Type D (60-100 m³/day): Building, factory, hospital (120-200 persons)
- Custom capacity: Larger capacity dengan modular design atau multiple units

Treatment Performance
- BOD removal: ≥90% (inlet 200-300 mg/L → outlet <30 mg/L)
- COD removal: ≥85% (inlet 300-500 mg/L → outlet <100 mg/L)
- TSS removal: ≥90% (inlet 200-300 mg/L → outlet <30 mg/L)
- Ammonia removal: ≥70% dengan aerobic process
- Coliform reduction: ≥99% dengan chlorination (optional disinfection)
- Hydraulic retention time: 18-24 hours untuk complete treatment

Screening & Equalization
Remove solid debris, equalize flow & load variation, oil/grease separation
Anaerobic Chamber
Initial biodegradation, sludge settlement, BOD reduction (optional: biogas collection)
Aerobic Treatment
Activated sludge atau biofilter dengan air blower untuk oxidize organic matter
Clarifier & Discharge
Final settlement, clear water discharge, sludge recirculation atau disposal

Prefabricated Modular Unit
- Material: Fiberglass (FRP) atau concrete tank pre-fabricated

- Installation: Underground installation – tidak gunakan space permukaan
- Ideal untuk: Permanent installation, new building construction, large capacity
- Timeline: 4-8 weeks construction (depend on size & access)
Operation & Maintenance
Routine Maintenance
Monthly: Check blower operation, clean bar screen, check sludge level
Quarterly: Desludging (pump out excess sludge), check electrical panel
Power Consumption
Very low – hanya blower yang consume power (50-200 Watt depend on capacity). Running cost ≈ Rp 50,000-200,000/bulan
Maintenance Contract
Witanabe provide O&M service contract: routine inspection, desludging, spare parts, lab testing (optional)
